1. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in cosmetic formula R&D.
2. Skills & Competencies
Familiar with the application of daily cosmetic raw materials and emulsification equipment, able to independently solve product formula problems, identify abnormalities and adjust production processes in a timely manner.
Strong hands-on experimental ability, rigorous and down-to-earth work style, strong sense of responsibility, research spirit and innovative thinking.
Excellent learning and comprehension abilities, strong teamwork spirit and service awareness, proficient in computer operation.
Working experience in large-scale cosmetic enterprises is preferred.

4. Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above.
1. Responsible for the formula R&D of washing cosmetics, and quickly providing stable-quality formulas according to the needs of customers and the company.
2. Responsible for the performance testing of new raw materials, including application and effect comparison, and writing summary and evaluation reports.
3. Familiar with the performance, application and efficacy of the raw materials distributed by the company, able to apply them flexibly, and assist the marketing and sales departments in technical promotion.
4. Provide technical support to customers: formula R&D of required products, raw material information, technical consultation, etc. Assist sales in customer visits to provide technical support, assist in routine sample preparation, conduct technical training for marketing staff, and offer technical support to customers.
5. Responsible for the management of the designated laboratory area, personal instruments and equipment, and various materials, and maintain the cleanliness and standardization of the laborator
